Jen has been in a pain flare for so long they’ve become trapped in a lonely void, and their last reliable method of relief just stopped working. When an impossible bird appears at their window, Jen’s curiosity finally draws them out, kicking off a journey of reconnection, reclamation, and radical acceptance as they forge a new, healthier relationship with their body.
